SHIPPING TIMES FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS

This information is based on the timeline provided by the freight provider. In rare circumstances, the Freight provider may encounter delays that are beyond our control.

Please note, to guarantee orders are received in time for Christmas, please place them by the 12th of December. All orders placed after this time are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas but we will try out best to get them out as soon as possible. Please see below for our usual delivery times:

Destination Expected Delivery time:

  • North Island 3 – 5 working days

  • South Island 5 – 8 working days

  • Rural Delivery 5 – 8 working days

FREIGHT CHARGES WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

All purchases, freighted to a non-rural address in New Zealand, will incur a freight cost of $6.00 for one book plus $1.00 per each additional book. Rural Deliveries will be charged a surcharge of $3.50.

PICKING, PACKING AND SHIPPING

All product that is In-Stock, will be picked from our distribution centre, packed and shipped to you within the time frames given above – unless specified.

Note: All freight needs to be sent to a physical address (not to a P.O. Box).

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, at present, we cannot offer shipping outside New Zealand. We recommend that you purchase our books from any credible online store, e.g. Amazon or Book Depository etc, if you live outside of New Zealand.

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Wild Side Publishing. We appreciate your purchase and trust that you have a rewarding experience while you explore the range of products available online.

Whilst we believe that you will be thrilled with any product you buy from us, we understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning an item for exchange or refund.

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and in no way intends to limit your rights under that or any other appropriate legislation. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS RETURNS POLICY

If an item arrives to you damaged, please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product arrived to you in, as our Courier may need to inspect it.  

Please contact us with as much information about the damaged item as possible, the best way to notify us is via emailing us your Order/Transaction details along with a photo of both the damaged item and the packaging the item arrived to you in and then we can work out a solution for you. Please use our contact form if you don’t have our email address.
